Court Acquits Man of Murder Over Mental Illness History
A Kano State High Court has acquitted 35-year-old Inusa Rabo of culpable homicide after considering medical evidence of his longstanding mental illness. The court ordered his family to ensure he continues psychiatric treatment and takes his medication regularly.
