ENUGU— The Enugu State Community and Social Development Agency (CSDA) says the Nigeria Law School (NLS), Agbani, will soon have constant water supply and other social amenities through Gov. Peter Mbah’s Smart Communities, Smart Projects initiative.

The General Manager of CSDA, Hon. Monday Diamond Ani, gave the assurance on Friday during a working visit to the NLS, Agbani, alongside the Attorney-General of Enugu State, Barr. Osinachi Nnajieze, and the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on PDI, Prince Uche Nwatu.

The delegation was received by the Deputy Director-General and Head of Campus, NLS Agbani, Dr Polycarp Okeke.

Ani said the state government was intentional about implementing intervention projects aimed at improving facilities and the learning environment at the institution.

He listed the projects to include the provision of potable water through boreholes, toilets and the construction of an ultra-modern conference centre, among others.

“More constant water is coming to the Law School, Agbani,” Ani said.

He added that the interventions would provide students and prospective students with improved social amenities and a more conducive learning environment.

Okeke expressed appreciation to Mbah for the intervention, describing it as timely and impactful.

“The management and students of NLS Agbani give kudos to His Excellency, Gov. Peter Mbah, for these impactful gestures. We are grateful,” he said.
